Borderhoppa is a registered not-for-profit charity that has been providing essential community transport services since 2002. Serving 56 parishes across South Norfolk and North Suffolk, Borderhoppa caters to individuals who lack access to other forms of transportation, including young people, the elderly, community groups, those in rural isolation, and individuals with impaired mobility.
The organisation's services enable users to perform vital activities such as attending medical appointments, shopping, paying bills, participating in social events, and visiting friends and family.
Borderhoppa operates from offices in South Norfolk, supported by a dedicated team of paid staff, drivers, and volunteers. The service continues to expand, reflecting its commitment to meeting the transportation needs of the community.
Dial-A-Ride: A service for the elderly, disabled, families, and job seekers, providing transport for shopping, medical appointments and social outings.
Outings: Running regular outings for passengers and other residents in the area of operation.
Group Hire: If you are a member of a local not for profit community group, you can hire the minibus for outings.
