d. Rural Connect

Rural Connect is a community transport service launched in November 2024, operated by Communities Together East Anglia (CTEA) and funded by Mid Suffolk District Council. It aims to provide affordable and accessible transportation for residents in north Mid Suffolk, particularly those in rural areas with limited public transport options.

This demand responsive, pre-bookable door-to-door service covers areas such as eye, Diss, Debenham and Stowmarket.  Fares vary based on distance.   Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance via phone or email.
