c. Mid Suffolk Taxi Bus

The Mid Suffolk Taxi Bus is a community transport service launched in November 2024, operated by Swift Taxi Cabs with funding from Mid Suffolk District Council's Rural Transport Grants Scheme. This service aims to enhance connectivity for residents in central and southern parts of Mid Suffolk, particularly in areas with limited public transportation options. 

Initial routes include Stowmarket via Thurston and Stowmarket Circular via Bacton, with plans to expand further.

Journeys cost a flat rate, and bookings can be made online or paid in cash onboard.
