a. About NALC advice notes and resources

NALC resources are available exclusively to members via their website and strictly controlled under their Terms of Use.  To ensure there is no duplication and to help our members navigate and access these we are creating a list and direct link which will require individuals to create an account in order to view.  We are unable to offer local copies. 

The Model Council is a SALC resource developed to help us share our knowledge with our members grouped by key areas.  Where there is a useful advice note this will be referenced in relevant articles with a link but is only accessible if you have an account on the NALC website.  Enquiries to our advice service will of course be able to reference and extract information from the notes in response to your question where appropriate.
