SALC advice services
Member councils (through the clerk or the chair) can access our advisory service available Monday to Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm. Our preferred method is through the clerk using our member portal, which all clerks have access to. However, we are also happy to take phone call enquiries and emails (if necessary).
Our service is to the whole council as a corporate body. Where matters relate to an employee, such as the clerk, we are unable to provide guidance to those individuals who should seek independent advice.
