While experience in local government would be ideal it is not essential and training is available via the Suffolk Association of Local Councils, this will be funded by the council. Computer literacy and internet access is essential. 

As the RFO you will be in charge of the administration of the Council's finances including keeping the accounts, bank reconciliations, VAT claims and annual audit.

Hours: 6 hours per week, mostly working from home and flexible 

Salary: To be paid in accordance with the National Joint Council Salary Scale rates and will reflect the application's skills, qualifications and experience.
