The SALC team has a wide range of experience and knowledge ensuring that we provide the best possible service we can. It is also important that our members know we are always available at the end of a phone and if we cant help we will always try and find someone who can.
A key part of our service is getting to know our members, their challenges and aspirations so that we continue to build on our professional relationship with your council.
Like councils, our workloads and expectations are high and often there are not enough hours in the day. To help we have adopted a set team values that forms a solid foundation in our day to day work in making decisions and solving problems.
