The National Association of Local Councils (NALC) is seeking views from local (town and parish) councils and county associations on the government's proposed reforms to the NPPF and other changes to the planning system.

Please note the survey is lengthy and asks complex questions requiring detailed research and review of the documentation.  We are asking other county associations how they are asking their members to respond in view of the timing and the depth of the information required.    We realise there have been lots of surveys circulating causing "fatigue" in this area but equally we know how many parishes feel strongly about these matters.  This is an opportunity to consider changes and make representations.
