Parish Clerk or Parish Clerk/RFO (part-time)

Are you competent to deal with accounts and keep financial information?

Do you live in or near Chelmondiston/Pin Mill?

We are looking to appoint either a Clerk (roughly 14 hours per week) or a combined Clerk/Responsible Finance Officer (about 21 hours per week).  The Clerk is responsible for running the day to day business of the Parish Council and the RFO is responsible for keeping the accounts in order and ensuring we comply with relevant law.  Where necessary, training will be provided and funded.  Both roles are paid on national scale, with a working-from-home allowance and pension.
