A message from Tim Passmore, Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner
Following my re-election earlier this year, I have drafted a new Police and Crime Plan, which once adopted, will be Suffolk's plan for policing over the next four years. As a valued partner, I would really appreciate your thoughts on the plan before it is formally adopted. The consultation is an opportunity for councils and residents to express views on the draft plan and I can assure you all views and comments will be considered. I encourage councils to share this information with your residents so that they can take part in this consultation.
The consultation will run until 9am on Monday 20th January 2025. If you answer all parts of the survey it will take approximately 25 minutes to complete, depending on how much detail you provide, however, you can skip to the sections you are most interested in.
Following the consultation, the plan will be updated and presented to the Police and Crime Panel in February for the consideration of its panel members before being adopted by March 31st 2025.
My aim is, and always has been, to make Suffolk a safer place in which to live, work, travel and invest and I appreciate your support in this ambition.
